D. 1922, AND ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY, REGULATE AND RE- STRICT THE LOCATIONS OF TRADES AND INDUSTRIES AND THE LOCATION OF BUILDINGS DE- SIGNED FOR SPECIFIED USES, AND TO REGULATE AND LIMIT THE HEIGHT AND BULK OF BUILD- INGS HEREAFTER ERECTED, TO REGULATE AND LIMIT THE INTEN- SITY OF THE USE OF LOT AREAS AND TO REGULATE AND DETER- MINE THE AREA OF YARDS, COURTS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES WITHIN AND SURROUNDING SUCH BUILDINGS, AND TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS FOR THE SAID PURPOSES AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ITS PROVISIONS." That Section Eighteen of an ordinance entitled "An ordinance to classify, regulate and restrict the location of trades and industries, and the loca- tion of buildings designed for specified uses, and to regulate and limit the height and bulk of buildings hereafter erected, to regulate and limit the intensity of the use of lot areas and to regulate and de- termine the area of yards, courts and other open spaces within and surround- ing such buildings, and to establish the boundaries of districts for the said pur- poses, and prescribing penalties for the violation of its provisions," passed and approved on the 17th day of January, A. D. 1922, by the Council of the Village of Winnetka, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to the paragraph of said Section Eighteen, designated ""D" Industrial District, the following, to-wit: The westerly seventy-five (75) feet of Lot Four (4) in Prouty Homestead Sub- division of all of Blocks 24 and 25 ly- ing northeasterly of the right-of-way of the Chicago and Milwaukee Electric Railway (except the north 211 feet of said Block 24) and (the East 3 feet of the North 211 feet of said Block 24), in the Village of Winnetka, County of Cook and State of Illinois.
