No price was given, Real Estate Board Hears Talk on "Salesmanship" The North Shore Real Estate board held its monthly meeting Monday evening, March 21, at the Lake Shore Terrace, Sheridan road, and Chestnut avenue, Wilmette. The attendance was unusually good, among those present were Messrs. Place, Wood- cock, Smith, Olson, Hill, Brown, Sta- cey, Wyatt, Burroughs, McDowell, Reid, Drs. Ayers and Bradwell, Miss Deittrich, Mrs. Wink, and Mrs. Mec- Dowell. Following a chicken dinner, the business meeting was held with President Wyatt, presiding. Many subjects of interest to the board came up for discussion. Following which the guest of the evening, Fred Clark, of the firm of Hipple & Clark, gave a very interesting address on "Real Estate Salesmanship." The public was invited and the mem- bers were pleased to see that quite a number of the prominent north shore business men attended. It is the plan of the board to have many more such valuable talks this year, and all bank- ers, brokers, builders and those inter- ested in real estate matters will be invited to attend.
