Phone Winn. 2103 Fuller Lane Scene of Home-Building Spurt This Spring Two of the ten building permits for residences issued in Winnetka during the month of March, were for Fuller lane, Winnetka, improvements, where the work is already under way. Thus this pretty and comparatively new east side street of a little more than a block in length, is rapidly filling up with charming homes. Throughout its length, from its entrance at Sheri- dan road near which the historical old Indian trail tree stands as an honored and historical landmark to its south exit into Winnetka avenue, on both sides, spendid new residences have sprung up within the past few years. There are comparatively few remain- ing vacant lots on this quiet, pretty street ,which is located only a stone's throw off Sheridan road. Foundations are now in and work will start before the close of the week on the super structures of the two residences for which building permits have just been issued. Edward Uhlmann, of Chicago, at 162 Fuller lane is building a ten-room English Colonial residence of brick veneer, which the general contractors, the L. A. Ashbeck company, of 133 West Washington street, Chicago, ex- pect to have ready for occupancy by October 1.
