Ask Charles Speed's Support Formation of a new private golf club to be composed largely of the member- ship of the Northwestern public links association is expected to be accom- plished in the near future, it was learned this week. Preliminary steps for the new club have already been taken, and if suf- | ficient persons can be interested in the proposition it is expected that final plans will be made soon. A starting | membership of between 300 and 400] persons is desired. A reasonable an- | nual fee will be charged, sufficient to | give each member an equity in the| club. Charles F.
