Apt so reported and was told to drive his truck to the west entrance to the Village hall but, to his complete surprise found Warner in a half-sit- ting posture when he returned to comply with the orders, and was greeted with the query, "Where am Dr. Gilbert M. Loewe was sum- moned and dressed his injuries, which, at first it was feared included a frac- ture of the skull, but later proved to be less serious and he is recovering. Warner. had fallen from a truck driven by Anthony Montanaro, of 519 Kenilworth avenue. He was sitting in the rear of the truck and is thought to have fallen asleep enroute. Legion Poppy Sale Nets Five Hundred Dollars The gross receipts from the poppy sale conducted under the auspices of Winnetka post, No. 10, American Le- gion, Friday of last week, was $701.60 according to Irwin Hale, post treasurer.
