Mary Jane Lawson Wed in Detroit August 2 The marriage of Miss Mary Jane Lawson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Inglis Lawson of Detroit, Mich.. to Dr. George Francis Munns of Winnetka, took place August 2 in Detroit. Dr. and Mrs. Munns are spending two weeks in northern Wis- consin on their wedding trip, and will return to Winnetka August 18 to live temporarily at 705 Willow road. Fuchs of 1043 Chestnut avenue, Wilmette, received word Tuesday that his automobile model had been awarded first place in Group I, Class A, of the Studebaker Sales company contest. The prize was awarded to the model most nedrly re- sembling a Studebaker car. The model was constructed entirely by Robert himself. The district in which he was winner was that of Chicago and the outlying territory. Robert is a student at New Trier High school and a patrol leader in Robert Boy Scout troop No. 3. The letter of award follows: "Dear Robert: "We are pleased to inform you that your excellent model has been se- lected by the judges in this territory as the winner of first place in Group I, Class A. We are sorry to inform you, however, that we are unable to forward your model to the national sweepstakes as your model has been stolen from our salesroom. (Signed) The Studebaker Sales Company." The marriage took place on August 3, with the Rev. John Williams performing the cere- mony.
