Reasonably Priced Boot Shop--Main Floor Juvenile Competition Part of County Fair Program A juvenile county fair for the chil- dren of Cook county schools is one of the features of the Cook County fair to be held at Palatine, from Septem- | ber 1 to 5. Each child in the county competes with other children for the production of the best vegetables, fruit, poultry, milk, cattle and other farm products. Another feature of the fair will be the women's work exposition which dem- onstrates the progress being made in the home so far as household products are concerned. The Rev. and Mrs. Leland H. Dan- forth returned to their home at 333 Warwick road, Kenilworth, last Sat- urday after a two months' motor trip. During the month of July they motor- ed through New York, and during Au- gust they were near Phelps, Wis, with Mrs. Danforth's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ira C. Darling of 256 Kenilworth avenue. ---- Mrs. Joseph Regneas and Miss Charlotte Regneas are visiting Mrs. Regneas' sister, Mrs. Ernest Fleisch- man, of 235 Leicester road, Kenil- worth. They have come directly from the MacDowell Memorial colony at Peterboro, N. H., where they assisted at the dedication of the Anna Baetz Memorial studio. Evanston Golf Team Takes Championship The Woman's Golf team champion- ship of the north shore has been won by the Evanston Golf club players, with a score of 361 points. The match took place Monday at Sunset Ridge club. The Evanston team will meet the winning teams of the south and west sides September 12, at some north side club, to decide the Chicago cham- pionship. Glen View team won second place | with a score of 34474; Exmoor, third, with 312; Sunset Ridge fourth, with | 273%; Skokie fifth, with 251%; Indian { Hill sixth, with 23414; North Shore, seventh, with 164; Wilmette Golf club | eighth, with 159.
