Orcutt of 185 Green Bay road, Glencoe. Immediate- ly following the luncheon, Mrs. Charles I. Byron of 768 Foxdale avenue, Win- netka, will give short sketches of the people who will appear in this year's Artist Recital series. Mrs. William S. Hay of 645 Sheri- dan road, Winnetka, and three mem- bers of the Chicago Symphony orches- tra will form a string quartet and present a number of selections. Mrs. Warner H. Robinson, soprano, of 924 Euclid avenue, Winnetka, will be the soloist. Mrs. Burton Atwood, chairman of the program committee, in co-operation with Mrs. John Hansel, chairman of the music committee of the Winnetka Woman's club, has plans under way for a Christmas program to be given by the Music club at the Winnetka Woman's club. Mrs, Frank J. Oelerich, president of the Woman's Catholic club of Wil- mette, will give a tea at her home, 1201 Greenwood avenue, Friday afternoon, September 23, for all the new members of the club. In the receiving line with the hostess will be members of the board of directors and the past presi- dents of the club. The belief that man has any other sub- stance, or mind, is not spiritual and breaks the First Commandment. Thou shalt have one God, one Mind" (p. 301).
