C. Davies, di- rector of the museum announces. This is the first of nine motion picture en- tertainments for children scheduled for Saturday mornings during October and November, given under the pro- visions of the James Nelson and Anna Louise Raymond Public School and Children's Lecture Fund. All children in Chicago and suburbs are invited, and they may come either alone or accompanied by parents or teachers. No tickets are necessary. This Saturday's film is a fascinating pictured story of the adventures of two men and a dog in Alaska. The men who went took only Indian bows and arrows as arms and with those prim- itive weapons met kodiak bears and other wild animals. The film contains striking pictures of the Yukon ice breaking up, intimate shots of little bear cubs, scenes of salmon fishing with bow and arrow, and pictures of moose, mountain goats, mountain sheep and other animals. The North Shore branch of the W. C. T. U. is to meet Monday after- noon at 2, at the home of Mrs. W. S. Hamm, 270 Scott avenue, Glencoe. This is to be the regular business meeting. N.S. The lectures will be given at Matz hall the Winnetka community house, the first to concern "Art and Life in Spain" and to be delivered Monday evening, Oct. 10. The league will hold a general meet- ing this week in the neighborhood room of the Community House, Win- netka, the entertainment to be pro- vided in a mystery puppet show, "The Green Beetle." A Saturday morning art class will be conducted in Highland Park, Win- netka and Kenilworth. taste so sweet? because of the extra care and supervision given its production Freshly drawn cow's milk contains 7c 5% of milk sugar. No change takes place in this milk sugar when milk is produced by cautious, careful methods in clean, sterile utensils, and quickly cooled to 50 degrees Fahrenheit or below, as is done with "Selected" milk. Because of these extra safeguards, during this critical stage -- the first 20 minutes--*"Selected" milk tastes sweet and keeps sweet. And when you drink it you will enjoy its sweet, natural taste and realize that there is no other milk in Chicago so good. BORDEN'S FARM PRODUCTS CO. of Illinois Wilmette 1545
