October 22, 1927 WINNETKA TALK Delta Gamma Sorority to Give Party for Fathers The beautiful new chapter house of Gamma at Northwestern univer- at Northwestern university, will be formally opened with a party in honor of the Delta Gamma fathers on Satur- day evening, October 29, instead of October 22, as previously announced. Among the prominent people who will be present are: Mrs. J. Ralph Wilbur of Evanston, formerly national grand president of the sorority; Mrs. Carl R. Northbrook Opens New Village Hall at Christmas Time Northbrook, now witnessing the completion of its latest subdivision, a forty-acre tract in the southwesterly section of the village, and which has negotiations well underway for obtain- ing lake water from the new Glencoe pumping plant as soon as it is com- pleted, is also boasting a new Village hall which it will formally dedicate about Christmas time.
