S. Blanchard. The changes were made necessary, according to Postmaster Blanchard, by the inauguration of the carrier delivery service in Kenilworth last June. Since that time the postal force has been handicapped by a lack of suffi- cient space in the working rooms duc to the addition of several letter cases and other equipment needed by the carriers in preparing the mail for de- livery.
