Country Day Hockeyites Produce Winning Teams Carrying on their series of inter- class games, the Junior girls team of the North Shore Country Day school defeated the Junior hockey team of New Trier, 4 to 0, on November 9. The North Shore Seniors had previ- ously won over the New Trier Seniors, 2to 0. The Senior team of North Shore girls was also able to win over a team from the Winnetka Woman's club, 2 to 0, on November 9. TAKEN TO HOSPITAL Leo M. Dean, former president of the New Trier Commercial association (predecessor of the Wilmette Chamber of Commerce) was taken to St. Fran- cis hospital for observation early this week. It was thought an operation might be necessary. Mr. Dean is now associated with Kutten Bros. Coal and Fuel Oil company.
