Northrup, the venerable Police Magistrate of Winnetka, who reached the eightieth milestone 1n life's journey, Friday of last week, is still receiving congratulations from his friends ahout the village. Judge Northrup resides at Tower road and has an office at 556 Center street, where he is found as regularly, during office hours, as any of the younger professional business men of the village. She is a member of the Winnetka Woman's club, the Fort- nightly and Woman's City clubs, and was at one time president of the Chi- cago Woman's club.
