Neilson has purchased the vacant property on Central Park North Shore Board Notes The April meeting of the North Shore Real Estate board turned out to be the board's largest. Thirty-six were present out of seventy members. There were nineteen firms out of thirty-seven represented. The definition of affiliated members was changed to read as follows: Affili- ated Members: Affiliated Members shall be any persons interested in the objects of the Board who are not licensed as brokers or salesmen by the State of Illinois and who are net actively engaged in the real estate brokerage business. Mr. Beutas will improve the property with a home. Irving Rudolph of Evanston has purchased the two apartment build- ing located at 2775 Prairie avenue, from George F. Gonsalves of Winnetka, and will take possession of the first apartment immediately. E.
