At the commencement of Northwest- ern university last Monday morning, thirty-two north shore students were graduated with different degrees from the school. Rathbone, of Kenilworth, congressman-at-large for Illinois, is to make a series of radio talks from sta- tion WCFI,, Chicago, beginning June 25, at 6:30 P. M,, standard time. These talks will be given regularly on every Monday evening at the same hour and will continue indefinitely, probably throughout the summer.
