The Associate alumnae of Northwestern university and the Evanston League of Women Voters, both of which or- ganizations are sponsoring the con- certs, have been assured that the great wooden floor will be laid in the gymnasium as early as August 15, and that it will be ready and awaiting the afternoon and evening performances of the band on the 22nd. Music during the afternoon concert will be suitable for children, the eve- ning program being arranged for adults. Blocks of seats, not under twenty- five and not over fifty, are being taken by groups of persons through- out the city, in order that friends may be together. These seats will be held until within fifteen minutes of the con- certs, To facilitate the making of reser- vations by the general public, Mrs. U. S. Reynolds Dies at Warsaw, Indiana Dr. Norman Leslie Reynolds, brother of Mrs. George Karnes, 151 Fuller lane, Winnetka, died suddenly last Sunday afternoon at his home in Warsaw, Ind. after returning from Warsaw Country club where he had been playing golf. Dr. Reynolds was formerly of Chicago. The funeral services at Warsaw on Tuesday afternoon were conducted by the Masonic lodge. The body was then brought to Chicago and brief funeral services were held at Rosehill cemetery, conducted by the Rev. James Austin Richards. Burial was at Rosehill. BRAUN ON VACATION Postmaster Joseph C. Braun, of the Winnetka postoffice, will leave with his family on a vacation tour to Minnesota next Monday, July 9. On the Atlantic Transport liner Minnetonka, which arrived at New York on Monday, June 25, from Lon- don, was Herbert Pope of 41 Indian Hill road, who has been traveling in Italy, Switzerland, France, and Eng- land for the past three months.
