This is revealed in the leasing of one hundred thirty acres of land at the corner of Lake avenue and Railroad avenue by a syndicate of north shore and Chicago men headed by C. F. Rob- erts of Winnetka. This aviation field will cater to commercial, passenger and student service. Eighty-five acres of the total was leased from C. D. Rugen, thirty-five from Louis Clavey and the balance from Mrs. Elizabeth Rugen. The con- sideration was not disclosed.
