Schacht of Racine, Wis. were married at 8:30 o'clock, Thursday night, September 14 in the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dee A. Stoker of 228 Myrtle street, Winnetka. The Stokers were for many years resi- dents of Wilmette. The bride's gown was' of ivory satin and net, fashioned with a basque and gracefully uneven hemline, The cap of the long tulle veil was of honiten lace and orange blossoms. Miss Kath- erine Smits of Baltimore, Md., who was the maid of honor, was gowned in green chiffon and two of the small flower girls wore blue, and the other pale pink crepe de chine. The bride's nephew, who served as ringbearer, was in white. Dr. Edward Schacht of De- troit was the best man and the ushers included Leroy Stoker and Milton Schacht of Racine.
