Tenny complimented the department in general and added that it is the ob- Flowers ject of the council to make each man feel that his position is a desirable to Your one, that his services are appreciated, Hostess - and to encourage him to put forth his best efforts in the performance of his duties. Cong'l Church Arranges Harvest Home Services Next Sunday, November 25, will be Harvest Home Sunday at the Win- netka Congregational church. Each year it is the custom for the members of the church school to bring gifts of food when they come to Sunday school. These things are then taken to others less fortunate. This year they are to be taken to the Home for Crippled Children at 1653 Maypole street, Chicago. Canned fruits and vegetables, jellies, jams and any fresh fruits or vegetables are asked for as suitable gifts. It is also asked that wherever possible the gifts be brought to the church between 1 and 5 o'clock on Saturday afternoon or, if not then, to the Sunday school service the next morning.
