They are for the guidance of Santa Claus, it appears, for whose visit to Winnetka this season, greater prepara- tions have been made than ever before. The tree decorations in the parks were provided by the Winnetka Chamber of Commerce, its committee in charge of the work having for its chairman, O. L. Porter.
