This is more than ever true if guests are present. Borden's Cream with its mild, pleasing flavor, adds delightfully to the success of each repast A Charming Dessert in Christmas Colors {Recipe and photo by courtesy Knox's Gelatine} Nut Souffle (6 servings) 1 level tablespoonful Gelatine; 14 cup cold water; 1 cup sugar; 34 cup milk or fruit juice; 1 cup cooked pine- apple and strawberries (or cherries) ; cup chopped nuts; 1 cup Borden's Cream, whipped; White of one egg; salt. Soak gelatine in the cold water five minutes and dissolve over hot water. Add dissolved gelatine to cream and sugar and fold in beaten white of egg. When cold add the pineapple and strawberries, which have been chopped in wi pieces. Serve ice cold in sherbet glasses and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
