Early Christmas service Sermon : "God's Decree and the Birth of Jesus Christ" . Tuesday, December 25 at 9:45 A. M. Second Christmas service Sermon : "The Road to Christmastide" the Blessings of The children of the Sunday school are requested to be there early next Sunday morning, because the Sunday school will have its places assigned in church for the evening service. The first service will for that reason be held in the Sunday school rooms instead, but will take place at the usual hour, 9:45 a. m. Since some members of the church will probably have to work late on Monday evening which would make it difficult for them to attend the service on that night, it has been détided to have the Children's Service on Sunday instead of on Monday evening. We hope that this arrangement will please everyone and will enable everyone to attend the service. For some years past we have had the pleasure of hearing some of our young men play the time-honored Christmas carols on their cornets before the early Christmas service. We have again ar- ranged for this this year, and so as you leave your home for church on Tuesday morning you may listen for this music wich adds so much to the Christmas spirit. In view of the fact that practically everyone in the church attends either the early service on Christmas Day or the 9:45 service the congregation has de- cided to drop the 11 o'clock service en- tirely this year. However, in case there are any objections to this arrangement, the congregation invites its members to speak to the pastor. In that case the 11 o'clock service would be re-instituted.
