from and discharging into the present sewer in Hill Road at the west line of Trier Center Neighborhood 23 feet north of the south line of said Hill Road at an elevation of 21.8 feet above datum a tile pipe sewer having an internal diameter of 18 inches shall con- structed west in Hill Road along a line 23 feet north of and parallel to the south line and said south line extended of Hill Road to a manhole 23 feet west of the east line extended of Myrtle Street where the elevation of said sewer shall be 22.5 feet above datum; from and discharging into the last mentioned manhole at an elevation of 22.5 feet above datum a tile pipe sewer having an internal diameter of 15 inches shall be constructed west along said line to a manhole 13 feet westerly from the easterly line extended of Wilson Street measured at right angles thereto where the elevation of said sewer shall be 23.3 feet above datum; from and discharging into the last mentioned manhole at an elevation of 23.3 feet above datum, a tlle pipe sewer having an internal diameter of 12 nches shall be laid southerly in Wilson Street along a line 13 feet westerly from and parallel to the easterly line and said easterly line ex- tended of Wilson Street 247 feet to a manhole where the elevation of said sewer shall be 24.49 feet above datum; thence southerly along said line 247 feet to a manhole where the elevation of said sewer shall be 25.79 feet above datum; thence southerly along said line to a manhole the south edge of which said manhole shall be on the north line extended of Winnetka Avenue where the elevation of said sewer shall be 27.0 feet above datum;
