McKenna of Ken - worth where, again, at the request of the complainant, the hearing was con- tinued until Tuesday, March 8, at 4 o'clock. The case, in which Paul Schoeder, north shore realty operator, is charged with assault on the person of F. H. Perry of Glencoe, said to be over 80 years of age, was first brought into magistrate D. M. Mickey's Wil- mette court. Schroeder took a change of venue to justice Falk and asked a continuance. All that happened two weeks ago. A week ago Schroeder was granted another continuance by Justice Falk. ~The case, in which Paul Schroeder, tered suit before Justice/Falk to ob- tain $300 as his commission in the real 'estate transaction which resulted in the altercation to be settled soon, perhaps, in the courts, if they don't run shy of justices.
