WINNETKA WEEKLY TALK, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15, 1921 HARVARD HONORS WINNETKA MAN; NAMED ALUMNI HEAD -- William Cowper Boyden, 725 Pine street, who once gave a check for $100,000 to Harvard University in memory of his class of 1886, was this week accorded tine distinction of election to the presidency of the Harvard Alumni association, accord- ing to word received from the uni- versity. The election came as a fit- ting reward for his devotion to his alma mater. : Mr. Boyden, who is a prominent Chicago attorney, was formerly pres- ident of the Harvard club _of Chicago, the Western Associated Harvard clubs, the University club and the Chi- cago Bar association.
