D., 1921. Thereupon a summons issued out of said Court against the defendants above named and ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, returnable at the County Court House in the City of Chicago, in said County, on the twenty-fourth day of January, A. D. 1922, as is by law re- quired, which proceeding is still pend- ing. Fow, unless you, the said defendants, designated as ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, shall be and appear before the said Superior Court of Cook Coun- ty, Illinois, at the County Court House, in the City of Chicago, in said County, on or before the twenty-fourth day of January, A.
