Mil- lard, President of the Central Coun- cil and Grand Master Builder that he has issued the necessary authority to proceed with the chartering of a lo- cal chapter to be known as New Trier Chapter No. 94, and which will in- clude the towns of Wilmette, Kenil- worth, Winnetka and Glencoe. Ac- cordingly, elaborate arrangements have been made for the constituting ceremonies, also initiation of a large class of candidates, Monday evening, March 26, at 8 o'clock, in Brown's Lodge Hall, 1159 Wilmette avenue. In- vitations have been sent to Master Builders, now residing in this terri- tory. The members of Wilmette Lodge No. 931, Glencoe Lodge No. 983, Winnetka Lodge No. 1078, and Wilmette Chapter No. 253, RAM, have received individual invitations to be present that night. Will Confer Degrees The evening's program will begin with the conferring of the Appren- tice and Builders Degrees on a large class of candidates by Columbia Chapter No. 64, under the direction New Trier Chapter No. 94, and the installation of its first set of officers. Fred W. Sharp will preside at the organ and L. I. Kunstman will sing. Rev. Stephen A. Lloyd will make the presentation address. New Trier Chapter No. 94 will have one of the largest Charter lists, 76 having signed it. Present plans of the chapter include a dance to be given during the month of April, and a debate in May, on the question "Re- solved: That the Masonic Bodies in Wilmette, need a Masonic TEMPLE." This debate should prove very inter- esting, as the chapter includes several good debators among its members.
