"Have your return address on all mail sent. "Have your Parcels well packed, well tied with stout string and tied in such a way that the string cannot be slipped off. "Don't think you are the only one receiving mail at this office. "Don't think you are the only Ad- ams, Brown, Smith or Jones in town; there are others and they may think they are as well known and as im- portant as you. Use Street and Number "Don't have your mail addressed to some pet name you call your house instead of Street and number, (such as Chimney Nook, Seven Gables) ; no- body but the old carrier on your route knows how many Chimney nooks or Gables you have on your house.
