Mead of Wisconsin Rapids, were married Sat- urday afternoon, October 3, at the Kenilworth Union church, Dr. Ozora S. Davis of the Chicago Theological sem- inary, officiating. A ceremony at the residence of the bride's parents, 431 Abbottsford road, followed the service. Miss Emily Durham was her sister's maid of honor, and Mrs. John A. Cory was matron of honor. Miss Ethel McCall of Kenosha, Miss Anna Mar- garet Clifford of Racine, Miss Emily Phelps Mead, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Helen White of Wilmette, were the bridesmaids Stanton Mead acted as his brother's best man, and the ushers were Arthur Durham of Kenilworth, brother of the bride; Richardson Harwood of Natick, Mass, Whitney D Hobbs of Chicago, Gilbert K. Kenilworth Scout Wins "Eagle" Rank; Second in Village "Pep" Farley received his Eagle badge at the last meeting of the Kenil- worth Boy Scout troop held last Wed- nesday at the Community center. The rank of Eagle Scout is the highest honor which may be obtained in the Boy Scouts. Farley is the second scout in Kenilworth to achieve this honor, the other being Frank Watt. Officers of the troop who were elected at this meeting were as follows: Carl Keith, senior at New Trier high school, senior patrol leader; Ben Richards, scribe; Harold Keith, treasurer.
