ASK MORE SERVICE Village of Glenview to Confer With Railway Company on Extension of Lines With the extension of her village limits' boundaries to include several hundreds of acres, and on the east to a point to include the Glenayre station of the new Skokie Valley line of the Chicago North Shore and Milwaukee railway, Glenview appears to be go- ing still further and bids fair, it is said, to have very soon still another line of transportation, that of the Ev- anston Street railway. At the regular quarterly business meeting of the Glenview Chamber of Commerce, on May 27, Charles F. Speed, manager of the Evanston Rail- way company, will address the Glen- view body of business men on the mat- ter of the proposed extension of his line to Glenview. Another prominent speaker, whom it is announced will be at the meet- ing, is Max Murdock, secretary of the General Council for the Illinois State association of Real Estate boards. The activity in the past two years in acreage real estate between Wil- mette and Glenview, all of which ter- ritory during that time has been an- nexed either to Glenview or Wilmette and a great deal of it subdivided, sold and in many instances improved, is being given further attention by the nnouncement of the contemplated plan of the Evanston Railway company, and the meeting at Glenview Thursday evening of next week, promises to be one of the most interesting of the sea- son. The meeting will be at the Vil- lage school house at 8 o'clock. The Garage build -for you. can take your choice.
