Greeley Pupils to Give Version of Medieval Play As a result of their study of Medie- val history, pupils in the sixth grade of Greeley school are giving a play based on the legends of Robin Hood. The plot was developed by two of the children with suggestions from the rest of the group. The play has three scenes. The first takes place in Sherwood Forest where Robin Hood and his merry men are holding a counsel meeting. The trees to represent the forest have been painted by a committee of the chil- dren. The setting for the second scene is the banquet hall of King John's palace. The accessories for it have also been made by the class. The final scene is a street in Nott- [ ingham., A large gallows, constructed [ by some of the boys, holds the center | of attention. This scene is made very attractive by an old English folk dance given by the towns-people before the sheriff of Nottingham. "Robin Hood" will be staged some day next week.
