Engel Buys New Home in Wilmette The two-story solid buff brick resi- dence which the Hartman Brothers are erecting at 210 Dupee place, Wil- mette, has been sold to Rudolph P. Engel of 106 Fourth street. The building is to be completed for occu- pancy October 1. This is the first of the three houses which the firm is to build in this block where they recently purchased the remainder of the va- cant ground. The building, which Mr. Engel has purchased, will be known as 210 Dupee place. It will have six rooms, also a sun room, a breakfast room, two tile baths, tile roof, steel beams, moulded stone window sills, and a two-car brick garage. The lot is 42 by 128 feet.
