C. Gregory Opens New Realty Offices IL. C. Gregory, of 465 Woodlawn avenue, Glencoe, head of the real estate firm of L. C. Gregory and com- pany, who, the first of the year, opened a new office at 2930 Central street, Ev- anston, on September 1 opened his second office at 1614 Sherman avenue, Evanston, which is to be his head- quarters and in charge of William H. Overton, of Evanston. Mr. Gregory has been in the real estate business on the north shore for a number of years, and his motto, "Gregory Knows Where Value Grows," appears to have been wisely chosen judging from the volume of business which has marked his efforts since the first of the year. His familiarity with real estate values in Evanston and his large acquaintance throughout the north shore have resulted in such a volume of business that he was com- pelled to open his second office, he says, in order to care for his ever-in- creasing patronage. Mr. Overton also has had wide ex- perience in north shore real estate He formerly was engaged in the real estate business in Winnetka and High- land Park. Oscar M. Brodfuehrer, Jr. of 2315 Park place, Evanston, has just joined the Gregory sales force. Paul Schroeder Company Handle Northbrook "Sub" Paul Schroeder and company has taken over the exclusive sale on North- brook Heights, open on the north shore. Schroeder and company will put this subdivision on the market soon it is stated. This subdivision was formerly handied by F. W. Williams of High- land Park, but the stockholders have asked Paul Schroeder and company to take it over.
