To Give Biographical Sermon on St. Francis It was exactly seven hundred years ago tomorrow that St. Francis of As- sisi died. It is probable that of all Christians since biblical times he has been most beloved, has had most ap- peal to the heart and the imagination. His dramatic life and great beauty of spirit are the explanation. Tomorrow morning at the Congregational church Mr. Richards will take St. Francis as the subject of a biographical sermon. Rev. Thomas A. Goodwin will preach in the evening at 8 o'clock, on "The Sanctity of the Commonplace." The Lord's Supper will be observed at this time. Paul Kreger, 707 Seward street, Ev- anston, brother of Mr. Charles H. Kreger, 717 Willow road, Winnetka, returned a week ago from Atlantic City, where he attended the beauty contest, being one of the judges chosen to select "Miss America." Mrs. Kreger accompanied her husband. A snappy pump presented in Black Kaffur with Black Lizard Tongue and Heel, or Gumwood Calf with Tan Snake Skin Tongue and Heel. THE PRESE SHOE SHOP INC.
