Randolph 3660 EE EEE EEN EEE EEE EEN EEE EE ENE Fireworks Exhibition to Be the Greatest Ever on North Shore Fireworks to surpass any ever shown on the north shore will climax the events of the Fourth of July cele- bration. Beginning at 7:45 in the eve- ning a daylight show and fireworks display will draw a large holiday crowd to Dyche stadium. Forty thou- sand are expected to attend. The American Legion, the Bureau of Re- creation and the North End have all cooperated to give the largest display ever held on the north shore. A demonstration by the American Legion Drum and Bugle corps will be a feature of the daylight show which will precede the fireworks display. The Boy Scouts also will have a drill, and the Bureau of Recreation will have several features. Professional clowns have been engaged to entertain the crowd. The Daily News Band will furnish the music. Twice as much money as was ever before spent on a fireworks display here guarantees a number of features and inventions not exhibited before. Some of the largest of the. hundred features on the evening program will be the following: Gold Star mothers' scene, Old Ironsides, Lindbergh flying from the Statue of Liberty to the Eiffel tower, Red Cross, Northwestern pennant, picture of Wildcats, Niagara Falls, and an American Legion em- blem. All seats for the entertainment will be reserved, the early buyers receiving preference. The tickets, which are on sale for 50 cents now, may be obtained from all banks, drug stores, Chandler's and stores on Central street. price will be raised to 75 cents on July 3 and 4.
