Consideration should be given to the necessity of extending the storm water sewer system in certain sections of the Village where work was started prior to the war, and the Sanitary Dis- trict authorities should be urged to in- crease the capacity of their north shore intercepting sewer, which is now badly overloaded, after heavy rainfalls and thaws. 3. The question of the annexation of areas west of Winnetka, not now a part of any municipality, should be re- ferred to the Plan Commission for con- sideration and recommendation.
