W. Straus and company. Building permits filed in nineteen of the principal suburbs totalled $10,022,- 316 for June as against $9,661,317 for | the same suburbs in June, 1927. W. De Moe through the Chicago Title and Trust company as trustee to the Breakers Beach club of Chicago, Inc., to be developed and operated by them | as the Golf Division of the Breakers | Beach club which is located on the lake shore between Wilmette and | Kenilworth. This land has been acquired by the Breakers Beach club on the basis of fifteen year rental with an option to purchase. On the property is the large country home of the owner with other buildings, a lake, and beautifully landscaped lawn. The broker in the transaction rep- resenting both parties was Benjamin E.
