Formerly a resident of Wil- mette, Davisson now lives in Glen- view. He gave an excellent impersonation in a feminine role as the Widow Capu- let. Brown is not a co-educational uni- versity, hence the men must also take female parts. Although this play is one of Shakespeare's lesser known this country before, the presentation at Brown university received splendid criticism, both from newspaper writers, and from the president of the Inter- national Shakespeare association, who was present at one of the perform- ances. Davisson has also done admirable work in other plays given by the Brown university Dramatic society, as well as in plays while studying at New Trier. Incidentally, he is a Junior edi- tor of the Brown Daily Herald. Brown is the smallest university in the coun- try to have a daily paper. HOST AT BANQUET H. H.
