R. Gibson, 553 Elder lane. Mrs. Gib- son sponsors this group of Greeley school children, who live in her neigh- borhood. The cast was as follows: Jiggers, the king's fool, Doris Scheerer; Mme. Catholic Woman's League Party Attended by 200 The Valentine card party given Tuesday by the North Shore Catholic Woman's league, in place of its regu- lar meeting, was entirely a success. More than 200 members and guests were present. The flowers and decorations at the Winnetka Woman's club--where the party was held--and the refreshments served were in keeping with the day. The Lone Eagle will fly up to Chi- cago from the Missouri metropolis on Monday, carrying the mail, and will take a load back with him on Tuesday. Postmaster Joseph C. Braun, and many of the postmasters hereabout are arranging to aid in getting a load of these specially dispatched missives, all specially postmarked, commemorating the return of this intrepid flyer to the service. Postmaster Braun will give you further details relative to the time of the dispatch of this special mail from Winnetka. The St. Louis postmaster in his announcement of the flight, says: Here's the Dope "Col. Charles A. Lindbergh, who be- fore his triumphial flight from New York to. Paris was Chief Air Mail Pilot on C. A. M. No. 2, between St. Louis and Chicago, will renew old ac- quaintances over this route. "He has expressed a desire to again make the Air Mail trip covering the route on which he was compelled to jump twice with his parachute during the winter of 1926 on account of heavy fog. "To commemorate his return to the Air Mail service, if for only a day, the Post Office department is providing a special cachet to be used on both his north and south bound flights and he will carry the mail, on schedule time, February 20, St. Louis, Springfield and Peoria to Chicago and returning Feb- ruary 21, Chicago, Peoria and Spring- field to St. Louis. Expect Great Volume "The Air Mail carried again by Col. Lindbergh and especially over his maiden route, which he served so loyally, and from which he winged his way to great fame should be an inspiration for a large volume of mail as a tribute to him. "Using his own expression, 'My re- ward will be your continued use of the Air Mail' you are cordially urged to help swell the amount of mail to be carried by him on these two flights, and with this special postmark, these letters will have an unusual historical, as well as financial, value."
