In the center, is shown the Stryker corner, at Deerfield avenue and Wau- kegan road, in which the Deerfield State Bank is located. Another section which has occa- sioned more than usual intertst is the Zeiss building at the northwest corner of Deerfield avenue and Waukegan road, to which an addition is now be- ing erected to the north. The other section of the cut shows the Mollner block, located on the east side of Waukegan road, north of Deerfield avenue. The telephone pole shown in front of this block, is com- ing down, it is announced, as are all Photos by Vant other poles in the business section of the village, in accordance with plans to place wires underground and in alleys, through the village.
