Be sure that your name and address is on both original and duplicate parts of the bill--and legal description of property is correct. Be sure and return both original and duplicate parts of bill. Under no circum- stances detach them. Please attach your check to upper left hand corner of your bill or bills. Enclose self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your receipt. This will not only expedite the early return of receipt but will insure its return to the proper place. Do not include payments of any special assessments with your remittance. These must be sent to your local village collector. Over $1,100,000.00 was collected in 1927 and paid over to the Taxing Bodies shortly after May Ist. Help us reach this goal, or make it a little better by being as prompt as possible in the return of your remittance. All the Tax Bills will be sent out immediately upon the arrival of the Tax Books. It is expected by the Township Collector, Sanborn Hale, that all the Tax Bills will be in mail by April 1.
