Since the service was started, a con- siderable number of these clocks have been furnished to Winnetka house- holders. In order to ascertain whether the service has worked out satisfac- torily, the village recently wrote a let- ter to a number of these householders, asking whether the time service is giv- ing satisfaction. Numerous replies have been received, according to Village Manager H Woolhiser, in all of which much praise of the service is given, the following being typical of these expressions: Pleased with Service "I am very glad to say that we are most pleased with the Telechron time- keeper. There has been no trouble at all and it has been a great regulator for all our clocks and gives us a con- fidence that we. have accurate time. The peace of mind which has come regarding time has been worth many times the cost." "Based on the foregoing responses to our inquiry," Village Manager Woolhiser says, "we feel doubly justi- fied in recommending this time service to our customers. Telechron time-keep- ers, in several models, are on display at the Village office, where further in- formation may be obtained."
