Miss Wein- man's room of sophomores won with 23 points, Miss Cole's juniors were second with 2134 points, Mrs. Light- er's room of seniors annexed 12 points for third place, while Miss Stewart's freshmen came in fourth with 55% points. ; The four adviser rooms participating in this meet were those who had won their respective class meets, and this meet was an inter-class adviser-room meet. Helen Smith of Miss Wein- man's adviser room was high point winner with 15 points, having annexed three firsts-crawl for form, and 20 yard crawl, and forty yard free style. Helen Gerlach came in second with 12 points in the twenty yard breast stroke, twenty yard back stroke, and third in the forty yard free style. And Martha Etzbach was third, coming only half a point behind Helen--having 11%% points--tie for second in the twen- ty yard crawl, second in crawl for form, second in the twenty yard back stroke, and second in the forty yard free style. Following is a summaries of the events: 20 yard crawl--Won by Smith, Etz- bach and Forrest second; -time 11.5 seconds. 20 yard breast-stroke--Won by Ger- lach, Boyleston second, Cooke third: time 17 40 yard free style--Won by Smith. Etzbach second, Gerlach third, Mc- Laren third; time 27 seconds. Crawl for form--Won by Smith, Etz- bach second, Brown third, McLaren ad Forrest fourth; score (10 perfect) 9.5. 20 yard back stroke--Won by Ger lach, Etzbach second, Forrest third, Brown fourth; time 17 seconds. Relay--Won by Weinman's room, swimming: Smith, Chrouis, Brown, Henning; time 58.5. MID-YEAR PARTY FOR PARENTS Fathers and mothers of children in the Community Nursery school were entertained at a buffet supper party given by the nursery school staff, Sun- day evening, March 18. Later in the evening Erskine Wilder and J. Wil- liams Macy sang, and Corinne Fitz- patrick, director of the school, gave a financial report of the first half year's work, and gave an address to the parents.
