Ostermann, vice-president and general manager of the Super Heater company, has exchanged his residence at 1045 Ridge avenue, Evanston, on a six-apartment building located at 629- 31 Sheridan road, Chicago. The owner of the six apartment, J. Edward Liess, president of the Reliance Protective Appliance company, Chicago, will oc- cupy Mr. Ostermann's former Evans- ton residence as his future home. Mr. Ostermann's attorneys were Wisner & Walsh; Mr. Liess' attorney was Mr. Mesirow of Mesirow and Birger. Mr. Ostermann was represented by S. B. Matthews of Baird & Warner, Inc., as broker and Mr. Liess by A. E. Green- lee of E. A. Hastings & company. The price was not disclosed, but it is under- Sood the property approximated $135,- 00. Milton Emerich, formerly of Wil- mette, has been elected president of the sophomore class at Dartmouth. Four States Represented on N. U. Baseball Team Four states are represented on Northwestern university's baseball team which opened its conference sea- son this week. Members of the team hail from Illinois, Michigan, Iowa and West Virginia. Six of the players are from Chicago. They are, Capt. Luke Johnsos, short; Seymour Holleb, first; Howard Prange, second and Al Izard, third. Incidentally the entire infield are Chicago high school products. The other Chicago boys are Bill Palmer, pitcher, and John Jacobs, outfielder. Announce Betrothal of Margaret Grey Scott Mr. and Mrs, Robert Lindsay Scott, of Evanston, announce the engagement of their daughter, Margaret Grey Scott, to Donald Waite Rogers of Evanston, son of Arthur Ross Rogers of Minneapolis. The wedding will probably take place in the autumn.
