Simmel, Scout Master of Troop No. 12, Wilmette, and Vista del Lago "Cub" troop, that Samuel Meyers, manager of Teatro del Lago, has presented to the troops 2,500 tickets to sell, the proceeds from which are to go into the troop treasury. "Mr. Meyers has been a loyal and untiring worker for the two troops from the time of their inception," ac- cording to Mr. Simmel, "and this added gesture gives one an idea of the magnanimous manner in which he does things for this fine organization of north shore boys. Fishbein An Organization dinner of the Men's club of the North Shore Congrega- tion Israel, will be held in the assembly of the Temple at Glencoe, Thurs- day evening, April 26. Dinner will be served promptly at 7 o'clock. The speaker of the evening will be Dr. Morris Fishbein, editor of the Journal of the American Medical asso- ciation, eminent author, philosopher and humorist. His topic will be "The Comical Quacks." There will be other appropriate entertainment features. A short business meeting will be held for the adoption of a constitution, and election of directors.
