May 12, 1928 WINNETKA TALK 59 House-W arming Extraordinary When Mr. and Mrs. Roy M. Kirtland gave a house-warming and bridge party Saturday evening, May 5, to open their new home at 420 Washington avenue, Wilmette, they didn't make it a conventional affair. After refreshments had been served, the secret came out in a humorous dialogue between Mr. Kirtland and the alleged waiter, who, then, with his partner, entertained the company with skits and songs into the wee sma' hours. The forty guests who enjoyed the evening, which was so well filled with merriment were: Mr. and Mrs. George Bassler, Mr. and Mrs. Don Rennolds, Mr. and Mrs. William Wisehart, Mr. and Mrs. E. V.
