56 WINNETKA TALK May 19, 1928 VISION {These are changing times. One of the evidences of change is in the manner in which people live. Some desir e to house themselves in hotels or large apartments. {Others desire homes--and among those who desire homes there is a decided tendency to have as large a measure of privacy or isolation as possible. This manifests itself pri- marily in larger grounds-- getting away from the 50 and 75 foot lots. {It was with this purpose in mind that Westmoor Trail was laid out--nothing less than 125 feet frontage with an insurance of at least 60 feet between houses. {Large enough for privacy and not too large for in- dividual up-keep. {On a private road--where no through traffic will ever pass--just a service way for those who live here. {Here all homes will be new homes, highly re- stricted, in a beautiful loca- tion, ever protected. {To those who appreciate beauty, privacy, a view over the Skokie which cannot be surpassed, Westmoor Trail offers everything that is de- sirable at a moderate cost. {To those who have the vision to see Westmoor Trail as it will be--from the plans now under way-- will profit by having a greater choice now at less cost rather than a more re- stricted choice at higher cost later. {Make an appointment to see Westmoor Trail and learn why a third of this has already been acquired by Winnetka residents for their ultimate home.
