WINNETKA TALK July 14, 1928 | Paradise for Girl Campers This is the kind of scenery that the thirty-three girls who left Winnetka last Monday with Mrs. Eloise W. Wortley and five other counselors are en- joving at "Chief" Davies' summer camp at Hamlin Lake, near Ludington, Mich. The picture shows a small river which empties into the lake. Each year the girls who go to the camp take an all-day canoe trip up the little river which is bordered by many trees and thick underbrush. The current is not too swift to make canoeing dangerous, and the girls have great fun on the annual trip. They take their lunches and spend the entire day in the open. Word reaching here from the camp states that the girls arrived on Tuesday merning in time for breakfast. The weather has been favorable this week and the group of thirty- three is taking advantage of it. The twenty-three boys who had been at the NEW PAJAMAS AND ROBES Rainbows of Color More subdued color in your business and sport clothes may explain the increase of color in new robes and pajamas. They show the gayest of wide stripes and figures; ripe melon shades, soft pastels. Choose restful styles that fit your lounging moods; dashing styles for days of action on the beach. $6 FELL'S Your Clothier Hart Schaffner ¥ Marx Clothes Exclusively 786 Elm St. 13 S.
