Courts In spite of the excessive heat of the last few days several matches have been played in the tennis tourna- ment now going on at the New Trier High school courts. Coaches From Afar Come to Northwestern School More than 100 coaches from twenty- three states and several from Canada have enrolled for the Northwestern university coaching school which opens here August 13 and continues two weeks. It is expected that the total enrollment will reach 150. Cours- es in football, basketball, track, swim- ming and athletic administration are offered. Coach Dick Hanley, head football mentor at Northwestern, will have charge of the football course and sup- plementary lectures are to be delivered by such well known coaches as Arnold Horween, Harvard; Jess Hawley, Dartmouth; Walter Steffen, Carnegie Tech, and Duke Dunne, Harvard. Basketball is to be offered by Coach Arthur Lonborg and track will be given by Coach Frank Hill. K. L. Wilson, athletic director at North- western, will give a course in athletic administration.
