The units consist of seven six-room apartments, fourteen seven-room apart- ments and seven eight-room apart- ments, all with three or more baths, maids' rooms, and of course all the latest equipment including electric re- frigeration, incinerators, kitchen ven- tilators, recessed radiators, garages for each tenant, special maids' and chauf- feur's rooms in the basement, etc. Hokanson and Jenks, Inc, north shore real estate brokers, have been selected as exclusive rental agents for this building and from advance in- quiries expect to have all leases signed by the time the building is ready for occupancy which is set for May I, 1929.
